The Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce has hosted the Festival on the Green each year in the Spring and Fall for several years. These events have a wide range of vendors, artists, and entertainment. It was disappointing to not be able to have these events for the community in 2020 but it was out of our control. We are closely monitoring the restrictions in Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland and look forward to having our events once again soon.

County Executive Steuart Pittman’s Executive Order 43 which was issued on Thursday, February 25, 2021 states, “Organized outdoor events with designated event organizers to ensure compliance with Mandatory Health and Safety Protocols are permitted, provided the total number of persons attending an event is no more than 100 persons.”

The Festival on the Green involves substantially more than 100 people. Therefore, the Festival on the Green planned for April 24, 2021 is postponed. The new date will be released as soon as it is possible.
